These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, membership program, studio services, classes, and any sessions booked through our Mindbody client portal (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing our website or booking any session, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. Nature of Our Services

Kinked provides entertainment and education-based role-play experiences, fetish-themed sessions, fantasy scenes, and kink/fetish instructional classes.

 

We DO NOT provide:

• Sexual intercourse

• Oral sex

• Sexual services of any kind

• Escorting

• Massage therapy

• Counseling or therapy

• Mental health services

• Medical treatment

• Adult entertainment involving non-educational sexual acts

• Licensed professional services of any type
   

We ARE NOT:

• Doctors

• Therapists

• Mental health professionals

• Licensed counselors

• Massage therapists

• Medical or legal professionals

• Licensed providers of any regulated service
   

Any education provided is for entertainment and informational purposes only and should never be taken as medical, legal, psychological, or professional advice.

 

2. Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to:

• Enter the studio

• View our website

• Apply for membership

• Book any session

• Attend all events

 

All members must submit a copy of their government-issued ID for age verification.

 

3. Membership Requirements & Approval

Membership is application-based and not guaranteed.
 

To become a member, you must:

1. Complete the membership application

2. Provide a valid ID

3. Agree to these Terms & all studio guidelines

4. Provide valid payment information

5. Be approved by studio management

We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke membership at any time.

 

4. Membership Billing & Rules

• Memberships are recurring billing every 30 days from your sign-up date.

• A valid debit or credit card must remain on file.

• Cash payment may be arranged but must be done in person in advance.

• If your card declines, your membership is paused until payment is updated.

• Hours do NOT roll over month to month.

• Memberships require 30 days’ notice to cancel.

• Only active members may book sessions with our performers.

• Members may visit once per day for up to 60 minutes.
   

Each session includes a Studio Access Fee based on your membership tier:

• 50% due at booking online

• 50% due before the session (online or in-studio)

Your appointment is NOT reserved until the first 50% payment is made.

 

5. Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellations

All bookings must be completed through the Mindbody client portal via our website or the app.
Phone calls may be made for assistance, but all scheduling is online.

 

Members must:

• Book at least 12 hours in advance

• Cancel at least 24 hours in advance
   

If you cancel late or fail to attend:

• You forfeit the session

• You forfeit any fees paid

• Hours are not refunded or rolled over

6. Strict Prohibited Conduct

To maintain safety, privacy, and professionalism, the following are absolutely prohibited:

 

Sexual contact of any kind

• No sexual intercourse

• No oral sex

• No genital contact

• No masturbation requests

• No sexually explicit acts beyond allowed fantasy/role-play boundaries
   

Touching & boundaries

• No touching performers unless explicitly allowed within an approved scene

• No kissing performers

• No non-consensual or unsafe contact

• No harassment, intimidation, or threatening behavior
   

Illegal fantasies or role-play

You may NOT request or engage in:

• Rape fantasies

• Non-consensual scenes

• Anything involving minors

• Incest

• Bestiality

• Murder

• Kidnapping

• Violence beyond acceptable BDSM role-play

• ANY criminal activity
   

Privacy violations

• No recording

• No photographs

• No phones in the waiting area or session rooms

• No attempting to obtain performers’ personal information

• No soliciting performers for dates or personal contact

• No stalking or harassment

• No following performers or contacting them outside the studio
   

Safety violations

• No intoxication (alcohol or drugs)

• No weapons (you will pass a metal detector)

• No disruptive, aggressive, or abusive behavior
   

 

7. Background Checks & Security Screening

All clients are subject to:

• ID verification

• Background checks

• Metal detector screening at the door

• Security monitoring while on-site

 

We may deny or revoke membership if results indicate risk or misconduct.

 

8. Refunds, Chargebacks & Bans

​

NO REFUNDS for any reason.

All fees, membership payments, and session charges are final.

 

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank:

• Your membership is permanently terminated

• You will be banned from the studio

• No refund will be issued for past payments

• We may pursue collections or legal action

 

9. Liability Release & Assumption of Risk

By entering our studio or participating in any session, you fully and voluntarily release and hold harmless:

• The Connection Studio, LLC

• Kinked (DBA)

• All owners, founders, managers, employees, contractors

• All fetish performers (1099 contractors or employees)

• Property owners

• Property management

• Successors and assigns
   

From any and all liability, including but not limited to:

​

• Injury

• Accidents

• Illness

• Emotional distress

• Death

• Loss or theft of property

• Misconduct by other clients

• Any relationship, marriage, or personal drama, including conflicts, breakups, or emotional consequences arising from interactions at the Studio, sessions, or events.

You participate at your own risk.

 

You waive the right to sue for any reason.

 

10. Termination of Membership

We may terminate your membership immediately for:

​

• Rule violations

• Soliciting sexual services

• Unsafe or disrespectful behavior

• Non-payment or chargebacks

• Privacy violations

• Harassing staff or performers

• Providing false information

No refunds will be issued.

 

11. Intellectual Property

All content, photos, branding, class materials, and digital assets on this website belong to The Connection Studio, LLC / Kinked.

You may not copy, share, or distribute anything without written permission.

 

12. Disclaimers

Our services are entertainment-only.
 

Nothing we provide is medical, psychological, therapeutic, or professional advice.

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Personal outcomes

• Emotional experiences

• Expectations of scenes or performers

• Educational results

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
